Validity and Contract

Making a purchase via www.tailorsofamerica.com. website (hereafter called website), the following agreement between the customer (you) with a minimum age of 18 years and the retailer (Tailors Of America ) is legally binding until further notice. For other types of agreements, please contact us before completing your purchase. As soon as the order has been placed by you, Tailors Of America will send out a confirmation email to the email address stated in your customer profile. It is your responsibility to provide a functioning address and check the order confirmation thoroughly for possible errors. It is important that you contact us immediately in case you wish to change or correct any details in your order. Once a custom-made garment has been cut (i.e. production has started), no further changes can be made.. As soon as the order has been shipped, a confirmation email sent to the customer. Upon the receipt of the goods through the customer, the contract is regarded as concluded.


The garment shown is a visualization only. The final Garment may vary slightly in construction and colour. The perception of colours can vary from display to display. Therefore, the images do not represent to an exact colour but have a guiding/ reference function only. In order to see and feel the individual fabrics. no orders can be  cancelled or rejected due to this.



Prices displayed on this website include 0% VAT.


The following payment options are available:

  • VISA or Mastercard. Via payment service Stripe which is PCI-DSS-certified. No extra charges apply.
  • Paypal.

As soon as the order value is paid, the processing of your order will be started. When paying via credit card or other direct payment methods, the order value will be withdrawn instantly.

Delivery is 2 to 4 weeks in Hong Kong.

6 to 8 Weeks in Europe, USA , Australia..

The delivery time cannot be guaranteed, as it is only a calculated estimate. We are always working hard to delivery your order as soon as possible.

Tailors Of America cannot be held responsible for losses, inconveniences, costs or other damages resulting from late deliveries.

We will charge you USD$50 for packages that are not accepted/picked up/returned to us to cover the costs of handling. To avoid this charge, always pick up your order within prescribed time limit by package agent.


Right of Cancelation


As all custom made garments are made to order on your request we are not able to cancel order once placed as they go in to production immediately and the fabric is cut to your body measurements.



Tailors Of America custom-made garments are always made to your body measurements. If you choose body measurements, the measurements are adjusted according to the fit selected by you (slim/tapered, normal/regular or loose fit). If you choose the shirt measurements option, the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as on the original shirt, however, we can not guarantee that the seams and the design will be identical to the original shirt. We generally accept a slight variances from the original measurements. We cannot guarantee that a garment in a standard size will have a perfect fit and therefore recommend you use your personal measurements instead. The number of buttons may vary depending on the shirts size. The tailor chooses the best solution for each unique garment.. Please note that in some cases visible chalk marks or marks from ironing can be left on the garment which usually disappear during the first wash. Garments made from different rolls of fabric may differ slightly in shade of colour due to normal variations in the dyeing process. Should any other problems occur, please contact us so we can find a solution together.

* For customer’s Satisfaction Tailors Of America gives a perfect fit guarantee upon ordering.

The meaning of the perfect fit guarantee is explained below :


* If your garment does not fit. We will adjust it for you with free alterations.


* We will help you to fix  your measurements and update your records.



The Perfect fit guarantee is valid for the first garment from each range of products: like your first shirt, your first suit etc.


Our aim is to keep our costs at a less to maintain low  prices to our clients. Hence we have customer support by phone 10 am to 6 pm Monday To Friday. contact numbers are on Home page  bottom Right along with our work shop address. We handle all customer e-mail we are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours Monday to Friday.

Tailors Of America responsible for the safety of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.
